Sorry but I think the building that replaced the Crown is hidious! I couldnt believe it as I watched it develop. Very sad. WAAAAAA! :angry:

Richie,I'm glad you came up with these photos because I was going to start looking through the forum for any pictures of this building.By the way.....I couldn't agree with you more about the it's style,isn't it a pity it wasn't more in keeping with the rest of the row :-(

Thank you for the pic's, ok doe's anyone believe in location location lol. It looks like a sore thumb placed in the middle of a tourist attraction. The Square is known for there small business gift, fish and chips,ice cream amusements shops etc. NOT A STORE LIKE THAT. OMG.

I guess when i come home i will be ready for a big eye opener.

Whao look at the old mill, i remember climbing the wall with my cousin Peter Ohare cutting and scratching myself all over as a true tom boy would do just to get inside the mill and be attacted by pigeons lol...It scared the hell out of me....
