Is that the house on the opposite end of the terrace to the Balmoral?

Yep, thats the one. Not to be confused with the Belle Vue cafe, just down the street a bit :D

They seem to have gone to great lengths here to distinguish them selves from the boarding house :rotfl:

And correct on Jimmy Campbell - I have to get back to the person who gave me the photo for more details.

Still trying to work out where this is, going on directions im at the hairdressers on the corner but theres a lane to the left?
Directions are quite funny on the advert.

D2,the Belle view Cafe was on the corner where the hairdressers is now.The belle view Hotel was beside the lane a few doors away.

Yes it is Joanne. i can only remember a Miss Mc Corry living there in the late 60s, she was a teacher in St Peters. It was owned at one time by Raymond O Hare when it was turned into flats.

Never knew that was a hotel. Learn something new all the time here. Its just rented appartments now as I remember years ago viewing one with a friend who was looking a new flat.

I am sure I noticed a planning application in the local papers a while back for this house.The proposal was for the demolition of the house and the bungalow behind it,and the building of five new apartments
