Lovely photos Brian...what a wonderful evening and a fitting tribute to Jim and Sally who will be missed greatly by all of us in The Church of Ireland and indeed by the wider community in which they played such a large part....I wish them a long, happy and healthy retirement.

A lovely gentleman. A hard working man for the entire community of Warrenpoint. I wish Canon Sims well in his retrement.

Nice to see Jim McCart, looking well and back in front of a microphone. Would that be Dr O'Tierney I see, seated in the background (right side) of the first photo?

Not only looks like him, it is (was!) him...and in fine form. If you look very carefully you'll also see our own charlotte st sitting directly opposite Donal, looking very well considering her recent car accident and subsequent injuries...she's nothing if not a fighter.

My old school chum and former resident of Iveagh Ave the Rev Norman Hutton[picture 8] and of course now Minister of Banbridge and Newry and Warrenpoint [on the Burren Road] Non-subscribing Presbyterian churches. Have not seen or been in contact with Norman for years but from the look of the photo like myself he still likes his food.
