Hi George - the Leafs are off to a
good start indeed.

Hi George - the Leafs won again last
night.
They have a good team now of young
players, so this might be the year for
the "play-offs".

Hi George - the Leafs are doing
very well.
What about the Canucks?
Are you a fan of the Canadian
Football.
I see the Grey Cup was played in
your part of the woods, with the
B.C. Lions winning it. :--)

I never thought I'd find a thread on this site with regards to my beloved Leafs. Yes we are having a good year indeed, despite our loss to Boston last night.

Cheers fellow Leaf fans! :--)

sfriers- glad to hear you are a Leaf fan.
George and I keep in touch once the
hockey season starts.
He is a Vancouver Canucks fan, but he
also watches the Leafs games.
I watched their loss last night.
Thomas for Boston is hard to beat in
goals.

Always a hard time with Boston, especially in Boston. I'm hopin' this time we bounce back and not fall into another slump. It looks as though we have a much faster team this year. Would be nice to make the playoffs. :cheers2:

It was good to see Reimer back in
goals again, after his concussion.
They still weren't able to beat them
though.
They have a good team this year, and
maybe this might be the year.

Hi George - I was hoping they would have
got to a shootout, but they lost
in overtime.
It was a good game.
Good to see Reimer back in goals.
How are the Canucks doing?

Hi XP, The Canucks are going strong. The new proposed division changes will be good for the west. Less travelling. Santa's on his way.

Hi George - I was just thinking of you when
they announced that they would be playing the
Canucks tomorrow night.
Should be a good game.
They lost to Buffalo tonight 5-4.

Hi George - it was a good game between
Vancouver and the Leafs.
The canucks are a great team and
deserved to win.
It's pretty hard to beat "Luongo". :xmassanta:

Hi XP, You are such a charmer. Loved the Leafs Canucks game - my two favourite teams. Pity some team had to lose. Next time the Leafs will win. Happy Christmas to you and Don and family.

Hi George - Happy New Year to you.
The Leafs have their ups and downs,
but I'm still a dedicated fan.
The Canucks are a good team and
will be hard to beat.

Hi George - Congrats on Vancouver
winning 6-1.
Luongo is one of the best goalies
out there, and he proved it again
last night.
Way to go.

Hi XP, Don't like lopsided games. It was a good game to watch. Maybe next time for the Leafs.

Hi George - they finally did the right
thing and fired the head coach for
the Leafs.
They play in Montreal tomorrow night
with the new coach, so we'll see how
that goes.

Hi George - Hope you are well.
Looks like another year for the
Maple Leafs to miss the playoffs.
Even with the new Coach they are
still losing.
I'm a big fan and even with their
embarassing record, I'll still watch
them to the end.
I'm sure Vancouver is doing a lot
better.

Hi XP, Tis a pity. I have always followed the Leafs. I think there is a small chamce they will get to the play-offs. I think about nine games to go. Hope you are well.
