Yes HCTC, thats the one I was thinking it was. Not 100% sure when it was? Possibily early 80's.

Was that a different fire to the one that destroyed 'Jenkin's shed' , perhaps mid 90's ?

Yes, that shed was opposite our house here in Newry Street, again it was full of paper.
