The photo was probably taken at a drill night again out at the Alexian Brothers.

Looks like down around the docks to me? I think that is a crane in the background, but I could be wrong.

This photo was indeed taken in the docks. I asked dad and he said that was the mechanics garage of Kelly's. This was probabaly taken in the mid 50's as the pump been used was the Godiva light portable pump.
