Great photo.
Hughie Magill in the middle front,
and behind him Michael Hourican.
Looks like Bobby on the left front,
not sure though.

You could be correct Mags but I think it`s a bit early for Willie, about 1953/4 I think.

Hughie always played the drums.. I never remember Paddy playing drums.. My first thought was that it was Hugh and Billy McLoughlin... Was it as early as the forties. I was working out ages and I thought it was later... But then......

Mags - I don't think it's Willie.
I thought maybe Don would have
been in there somewhere, but as
N.B. said it's probably 1953/54, and
he was too young then.

I say 1953/54 because Matt Doran died on the 26th January 1955 aged 67. Matt can be seen walking alongside Billy McKinley in this pic, his usual position when the band was on the march. Other members I recognize are, Billy McKinley (behind him)John McAleenan, Eunan Crawford, Tommy Magill, Brian Henry.
2nd row: Hughie Magill, Michael Hourican, Derek McKinley,John Rooney, Malachy Burns.
3rd row: Harry O`Loughlin ? Philly Carr , John McShane, Hugh Rooney.
unfortunately you cannot see the fourth row or cornet section in this photo.
