I would imagine the Councillors of the present would swap the hooliganism ot today for the 1957 type.

yes i dare say they would rather have that sort of problem as opposed to today's. I dread to think what its going to be like in the future :shock:

Was billy the first warrenpoint "eco warrior" , he was probably wise to the fact of global warming in the fifties and concerned about the carbon footprint caused by leaving a streetlight on for a lenghty period of time :|
