That is the girl Eugene, I had an notion she was called Smith, that`s why I asked Cardor (Carol Smith) to help us out on that one, but she didn`t know her either, let`s hope we have cracked it this time. Obviously not the same family as Gordon and Carol........................

Pearl Smith would be an aunt of Mervyn Smith who plays in the point Silver band. I have found the photograph I mentioned above, I'll edit a link in once I post it.

B&B,

Thank you for posting the photos. Lovely to meet you again on Sunday -a great evening. I think that Wendy Tate's mother is Babs Williamson featured in the pictures. Wendy came on Sunday evening, she now lives in Texas.

Would that be Herbie McNellis in the top right hand corner, and Dessie Holmes at the very front?
Would that be Dominic O'Hare half hidden by Mrs. Murray?

B&B,

We are not sure of the actual place but Mum thinks it may have been Sheila Leathem's house probably in the mid 1950's. A party for the Warrenpoint Badminton Club. Is Sheila in the picture?

I knew Sheila well and because of her association with Liam Gilmore I was sure she would be in that pic., it`s possible she may have taken the photo.
