Could the man, wearing a cap, standing directly behind Philly Carr, and holding the banner be Jack Boyle?

Jack Boyle was the grandfather of Elizabeth and John Boyle.

He was also the brother of Jimmy Boyle, the only survivor of the ill-fated S.S.Connemara and S.S. Retreiver collision, which took place at the entrance to Carlingford Lough in 1917.

I think Jack Boyle passed away about 1971/72 and is buried in Kilbroney Cemetary, Rostrevor.

Standing behind him and Liam Gilmore is John Shiels of Newry St.
