go to your user control panel, board preferences and change the board style to "borg-invasion" - it's not finished yet, but I thought you might like to see it :D Note this is an "opt-in" theme and can only be switched on if you want it. You can change your preference back to fusion64 or pro/subsilver when finished or leave it as it is :D

"you have been assimilated" :rotfl:

Beam me up Brian!!...It certainly is a spacey theme! it reminds me of Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy.
Not being a trekky myself Im back to Prosilver again. I feel at home in Prosilver...like sitting at the fire
with the slippers on and a mug of hot chocolate...its reassuring.. :>

:offtopic: Hadn't exactly got you down as a 'slippers and hot chocolate' guy Richiemac........I'm sort of wonderin' where it leaves me if my past pupils are at that stage...... .......I guess it's walking-stick and nursing-home time!! (Remind me of that when I get back home, I'm having too much fun at the moment to deal with it!) :--) :rotfl:

Just to let the members know at least you were all given the choice of swithcing to the Borg style. I on the other hand turned the machine on yesterday and found it already set for me. Took me about 10min to sort things out. Saying I am into Sci Fi in a small way I think I will leave things as they are (unless Brian decides different).
It is certainly a welcome change when turning the site on. May more become assimilated as time goes on.

nah ....don't like this borg one as its way too dark ( I know space is dark but....) ! The drop downs are too sensitive and its not intuitive enough ! (For me that is .... :rotfl: )

Sticking to Fusion 64 which I really like now thought didn't take to it initially !

A word of commendation though for the forum as I have just got my first proper wide screen monitor ( 21.5 inch) and the forum displays perfectly in it without adjustment unlike a load of other sites. I would almost guess that it is optimised for widescreen........

Possibly the fact I designed it on a 22" widescreen may have helped a bit :D I can also confirm it works very well in full HD (at 1920x1080 pixels) on a 8ft wide projector screen :photo: As for the Borg its only a test theme and may never be finished properly :bad computer:
