Too many faces to name. Ged showed me this earlier and we reckon it was MR Palmers retirement and taken about 1973 or so.

Thinking it may be closer to 1976....Patricia Hollywood, Pat McGivern and John Campbell wouldn't have been teaching in St. Peter's as early as 1973

Think its before 1980 as Mr Markey and Mr Campbell younger than I remember them. I left in 1981. Cant be 1973 as Miss Hollywood wouldn't have been there. My guess is 1976/77.

I had figured it was 1976 also ( I would have been in P6)....that was when Pat McGivern and Patricia Hollywood came in as student teachers....John Campbell had been a student teach couple of years before that and became full-time @ '76.... We had the late great Sean Graham in P6 and P7 - best teacher I ever had

We probably need a fashion expert to date this one ! :rotfl: If it helps...my namesake (Pat) McGivern was at college a couple of years or so ahead of me....although my memory is fading fast for most things these days ! :-O

This photo is of Mrs Palmer's retirement party - note she is centre of the front row.
This makes it alot later than 76 (my guess it is early to mid 80s).
Pat McGivern will love you all for adding about 10 years to his age - he started in St. Peter's in 83-84 (If I remember right).

:nonono:
