Brian - always look forward to looking at
photos that Derek took.

Sadie McGuigan (nee Fearon) was a fabulous
dancer.

I see she is in her dancing costume in the photo.

More great McKinley photos. It was lovely to see a photo of Mummy's cousin Mary Orr/Horgan ,she is beside Betty McKinley in No 10,and her daughter Shirley Ann is in front of her.
Those aran jumpers in photo 8 must have been all the go at the time, there were two identical ones in our house........probably all knitted by the same person.

Yes John Mackin in glasses....and Karl Sherry in front of Eamon Delahunt.
I think that is Sean McAllister behind Eamon Larmour. I don't see Danny Byrne?

I thought that was Danny Byrne behind Eamon. Was going to say Eamon Prince but you say Karl Sherry.

You could be right, we assumed from this photo the buildings behind where Houricans (Marine) and the old house with the shore wall in the foreground but it may be somewhere else looking at them again

Not sure - I don't think those buildings match any on the shore line and the wall looks too high

I am really enjoying these photos,I think number 29 is Marian and Pat Trainor.
In photo 28,would that be the Bridal Loanan in the background before all the houses were built?
